EMS Leadership Summit
The Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (BEMS) is excited to invite you to the 1st Annual EMS Leadership Summit at the Loveland Living Aquarium. This event will bring together EMS professionals for informative sessions and valuable networking opportunities.
Time: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

- What’s New with the Utah Protocol Guidelines: Key Updates and Changes
- Pre-Hospital Care: The Role of Blood Products in the Field
- Navigating Rural Challenges: Tips from Navajo Health Systems on Managing Rural Addresses
- Strengthening Resilience: CISM Team – Debriefing, Defusing, and Crisis Training
- Ketamine in EMS: Uses and Benefits

Please note that spots are limited, and if you do not plan to attend the Awards Ceremony, we kindly ask that you reserve your lunch spot for those who will be attending the ceremony.
Time: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Take a break and join us for lunch following the Summit. It’s a great opportunity to relax, network with fellow attendees, and discuss the morning’s sessions.

EMS Awards Ceremony
Each awardee will receive four tickets for the event. Registration is not required; however, awardees are kindly requested to contact Tami Goodin in our office to ensure their ticket distribution
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. -Immediately after Lunch

To attend the Bureau of EMS Leadership Summit & Awards Ceremony, please register for each component separately on Eventbrite:
- Summit Registration – Register for the EMS Leadership Summit (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) to attend the morning sessions.
- Lunch Registration – If you plan to join us for lunch (12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.), please register separately for the lunch ticket.We kindly ask that if you do not plan to attend the EMS Awards Ceremony, please reserve it for those attending.
- Awards Ceremony Registration – If you wish to attend the Awards Ceremony (1:00 p.m. onwards), please register separately for the ceremony ticket.
