The Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (BEMS) has officially launched the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) SHIFT Initiative. To ensure all agencies have access to the most up-to-date resources, the official application portal, comprehensive FAQs, and our 5-year strategic roadmap are hosted on the main Department of Public Safety (DPS) website.
