This course is for current Training Officers who need to renew their endorsement. It is not for new Training Officers. The course will be held via webinar.

Renewal Requirements
To renew your Training Officer Endorsement, you must:
- Step 1 – Register for the Course
- Visit emslicense.utah.gov.
- Select “Education,” enter the course number, and register for the course.
- Step 2 – Complete the Application
- Go to the “Applications” section on the website.
- Select the application, complete the process, pay the $50.00 renewal fee, and sign the new contract.
Eligibility:
- You must have a current Utah EMS license and EMS Instructor Endorsement prior to approval.
Webinar Details
- A webinar link and additional details will be sent one week prior to the course date.
- Attendance is mandatory to complete your renewal.
Important Reminders
- Two Separate Steps: Both application and course registration must be completed.
- Endorsement Fee: $50.00 renewal fee required.
- Contract: A new contract must be signed as part of the process.
- Endorsement Approval: Once all steps are completed, your Training Officer endorsement will be renewed.
